Rev. Phil Owen

Philip Owen is minister of Berean Free Presbyterian Church in Boston, NY, 25 minutes south of Buffalo. Originally from Syracuse, Mr. Owen was converted from romanism in 1978 while attending West Virginia University, and was called into the ministry in 1981. He has pastored in the southtowns of Buffalo since 1986 where souls have been saved and the Lord has provided an 1800’s church building for worship.
